Yesterday’s post was on what to get the guy who does Crossfit for Christmas, and today let’s give some ideas for the ladies! These are some of my personal favorite items, so I am sure the girl you know would love them as well!

(For all items on my gift guide, be sure to check out my Wine to Weightlifting Reader Discount page to see if there is an extra deal!)

Holiday Gifts for a Crossfit Girl, including sweatshirt from Fran's Closet RX, weightlifting belt from Harbinger Fitness, shorts from Jekyll Hyde Apparel, Wrist wraps from Beastette Apparel, Lifter Shoes from Reebok

Outfit your girl (or friend or yourself!) with:

Barbell Sweatshirt $38 from Fran’sClosetRX (I wear mine so often that the guys I WOD with asked if I own any other sweatshirts)

Beastette Wrist Wraps $20 from Beastette Apparel (check out my video review!)

Crossfit Lifter 2.0 $150 from Reebok  (I own the older version of this shoe which is no longer available, but seriously, how cute are they?!)

Harbinger Core Lifting Belt $20 on Amazon (Because throw pink on something and I instantly want it)

Aero shorts $35 from JekyllHyde Apparel (I may be slightly biased because I workout with the guys who own the company, but your booty will thank you)

..and store it all in a Namaste Tote for $60 from Fitmark!

Your turn..
What is your top gift for a Crossfitting girl this season?

Or if you are a girl, what is at the top of your list?

WOW those JekylHYDE shorts could NOT be cuter! (Of course, I can’t imagine ever in my life wearing something like that – I’m a board short girl – but IF I were, those would be the ones! They are quite honestly the cutest shorts I have ever seen.)

If someone wants to try out wrist wraps but doesn’t see something on Val’s site, I can STRONGLY recommend Wonder Wrist Wraps (www.WonderWristWraps.etsy.com). I got mine on Clearance ($10) and I really love them. I’ve been super surprised at what a difference they’ve made. I’ve contemplated getting a pattern that I’d really love (the Wonder Woman one calls to me LOL) but right now I’m super happy with the ones I got on Clearance at less than 1/2 the price 😉

Can you believe I still don’t own a lifting belt or lifting shoes? Ridiculous, I know. I think I should go ahead and treat myself to some early Xmas presents. 😉

Wait until Friday for the lifters….! Rebook may have a deal!

I would love that sweatshirt! If only it wasn’t so expensive to ship from the states over to the UK!!
In an ideal world I would love a pair of lifting shoes for Christmas but my parner and i’s budget for one and other doesn’t stretch that far! Maybe the sales after Christmas through…!!!
