I love your list! What a great idea! How did you create it? I’m very impressed and have so many of the same goals. I look forward to seeing you scratch some off the list!

Thanks for the comment! 🙂
I just started with a couple things I wanted to accomplish such as one chin-up and to be able to do certain lifts at my bodyweight and went from there! Feel free to steal the list and make it your own! 🙂

Thanks! I just need to figure out how to do the who cross of the list thing…..Such a great idea. I’ve become a big fan of just putting it all out there! ha ha

Just start writing and writing what you want to accomplish!
For yours, you can even do something like “lose 3lbs”, “lose 5lbs”, etc. the more things on you list, the more you get to cross off! 🙂
Start with small goals and then add a couple more similar but harder goals.

You can edit the page anytime you accomplish something and there’s a button like bold or underline but it’s a cross-through option!

To check that ‘bulked’ up portion off your list I highly suggest getting hydrostatically weighed, HW, (if it isn’t too expensive) because it is more accurate than the ‘pinching’ method. For a nutrition class in college, our fitness center did it for free (since I was in the class) and they did both methods. According to the calculations, I had 2% less body fat when I was in the dunk tank (hydrostatic weighing) than when they used the caliper measurement. HW is more accurate anyway!

And 18-30% body fat is in the healthy range! If you go below 12% you won’t get your period!

I think I might get rid of that goal.. but yes, I’d love to be measured with the most accurate method; I think it’s $80 or so. I think it’s similar to people who want to reach a certain number weight. Like if you feel good and think you look good, who cares what the number is? I do want to know that I’m all chiseled buff though.. hehe.

I love this fitness bucket list, what a great idea! I noticed you’ve given other people the go ahead to copy, so I might just do the same thing! 🙂 I love the squat your own bodyweight, etc – that’s awesome. I just got my own squat rack at home, so I’m able to get in some good proper training (not afraid of grunting – no one’s watching me anymore! Hehe!). Good luck with your goals, I’m fairly sure you’re the kind of person to achieve them.
