I will admit I can sometimes be a girly girl. Well, maybe not the typical get dolled up to go out all the time, do my hair and makeup kind of girly-girl, but if you take anything and throw pink or purple on it, it all of a sudden becomes a solid want in my […]

In a quest to perfect my deadlift form, I have experienced a fair share of bumps and bruises along the way. It has been somewhat nice that the Michigan weather has been a bit chilly and I can hide my pasty, banged up legs underneath pants, but shorts season is inevitable and I am no […]

In a perfect world, we would get all of our essential vitamins and minerals, along with a proper balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. But sadly, we do not live in a perfect world, and even though real food is the desired source of all of the above, in order to push yourself a bit […]

If you didn’t notice from the opportunities I have had to work with SoRockShop and LatitudeGearRX, I am a sucker for fun workout tanks, or WOD gear as I like to call them. I think part of this is attributed to the importance of visual cues that I discussed before; there is just a different sort of feeling you […]
