#nogirlypushups Final Week Check-In!

I am so proud of all of the ladies that have been sticking through the #nogirlypushups challenge for the last 5 weeks, and those that have jumped on board later in the program, determined to end those girly push-ups! Last week we had a record 13 ladies check in!
